From 4 tools to 1 table
How a 6-person RevOps team retired a lead-routing spreadsheet, an enrichment tool, an AI scorer and a sync script — replacing all four with one Smart Table.
The team's old setup was a familiar mess. New leads landed in a spreadsheet. Someone ran them through an enrichment tool by hand. A separate AI script tried to score them overnight. And a brittle Zapier flow pushed the "good" ones into the CRM — when it didn't silently break.
The rebuild: one table, four columns
In AITIZER, they started from the spreadsheet they already had and added columns that do the work:
- HTTP Request — calls the enrichment API with
{Email}and stores company size, industry and tech stack on the row. - AI Agent — reads the enriched row and returns a score with a one-line reason ("Hot · 92 — 1,200 staff, uses a competitor").
- Formula — turns the score into a routing tier the team can filter and sort on instantly.
- Update Record — writes the qualified lead straight into the CRM table, no glue tool in between.
What changed
Because every column runs the moment a row is created or edited, a new lead is enriched, scored, tiered and synced within seconds of landing — and the whole pipeline is visible in one grid instead of scattered across four tools. When something looks off, they open the row and see exactly which column produced what.
"We deleted three subscriptions and a Zap we were scared to touch," the ops lead said. "Now it's just a table — and new hires actually understand it on day one."
The lesson: you don't need a pipeline of tools to make data act. You need columns that can.
